The service

Outflankr researches publicly available information about your competitors and produces reports, briefings, visual previews and build prompts. Outputs are generated with the help of AI and may contain mistakes. Check them before acting. We never change your live website, product, decks or social accounts, and never post for you.

Your account

Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Only share assets you have the right to share, and only give us a test login for a product you own or control.

Acceptable use

Do not use Outflankr to break the law, to infringe others' rights, or to try to access non-public systems. We only review what is publicly visible about competitors and respect robots.txt.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or annually, with the limits shown on our pricing page. Add-ons (extra briefs, extra competitors) are billed as shown when you buy them. You can cancel anytime from Manage billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. New subscribers get a 30-day money-back guarantee: email us within 30 days of your first payment.

Your content

You keep all rights to the assets you share and to the outputs we produce for you. You allow us to process them only to provide the service.

Availability and liability

We provide the service as is and may change or discontinue features. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

You can stop using Outflankr at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date.
